Washing Instructions

All of our clothing is machine washable, and able to go in the dryer on LOW heat (unless otherwise specified).

However, With this type of clothing, hang drying is recommended to ensure lasting wear for years to come. 

• Turn garment inside out

• Machine wash with COLD water

• If drying in a dryer keep garment inside out and tumble dry on LOW. 

• No fabric softener

• No bleach

• No ironing

• No dry cleaning

 

Sizing

We *typically* use the following brands: Gildan, Bella Canvas, Tultex, Hanes & Jerzees.  In our experience, these brands run true to size.

Youth Sizing

We often get asked about youth sizing. Below are suggested size guidelines. We recommend sizing up on our hoodies. The youth sizing can run small and kids like an oversized fit. Please check sizing before ordering custom items and email us with any questions. 

Youth Small - 5/6, Youth Medium - 7/8, Youth Large - 10, Youth XL - 12

Delivery Time Frame

Because our clothes are all made to order, and often times custom and/or personalized, processing time can vary. Generally, items will take around 2 weeks, possibly a bit longer depending on shipping, volume, and time of year (around Holidays, Summer camp departure, beginning of school, etc.) If you need a more accurate time frame please send me a message. 



Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges or returns due to all items being made to order, custom and/or personalized, unless we here at Oh So Swag have made the error. You have 24 hours from the time of your order to cancel. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please do contact us immediately and we will try to solve any problem.
